Last night Dr Villarreal made a powerful presentation (at our regular 1st Tuesday of the month meeting at the Harlingen Public Library Auditorium) of what out-of-control bureaucrats did to him.
Of what he had to do to survive, the incredible price tag he paid, and how he managed to thrive!
